Leprosorium.ru is truly a gem of Russian Internet. It’s a place where talented people meet, famous and not yet famous. It’s a unique community where users actually select their moderators through weekly elections, which mimic quite closely a real thing. They also have a voting system for posts, which is even more democratic then Digg. At least you can see who is burying your submitions. Membership in leprosorium.ru is by invitation only.
